A visit, from the door.

1. Name the games. Three titles, or three systems, are enough for the staff to pull the right units.
2. Hold them. Compare screen size, weight and the buttons. Photos on this site are created pictures, not the unit you will take home.
3. Ask about the card. A loaded card can be tested before you leave. A blank card is fine if you already have your own files.
4. Confirm the price. Bands on this site are guides. The amount due is the one agreed at the counter or by email.
5. Keep the warranty note. 1-year service and a 7-day replacement, with repairs in Manila. Read it before you pay.

If you write first.

Email support@epicgameloop.online with the games you want, your budget band, and whether you will pick up at Greenhills or need delivery. The shop replies with what is actually in stock.

Is there a published phone number?

No. Use the email, or come to Greenhills Shopping Center during opening hours.

Can someone else collect it?

Ask in the email. The shop will tell you what name to put on the pickup.

Do you ship outside San Juan?

Delivery is arranged by email. The timing and the fee are confirmed in that reply, not on this page.
