Blank, or loaded with the games you named, then tested before pickup. Tell the shop which handheld it is for, because the card size is not the same on every unit.

SD cards can be loaded before you collect a handheld. Pads and cases are in the same shop.
Pads

A separate pad helps when two people play, or when the built-in sticks are too small. Ask which pads pair with the unit you are buying.
Carry
Cases
A sleeve or a hard case for the commute. A screen film is worth adding if the unit lives in a bag with keys.
What to say in the email.
- The handheld. Name the model, or say you have not chosen yet.
- The games. List the systems you care about, such as GBA, PS1 or PSP.
- The card. Say if you want it blank or already loaded.
- Pickup. Greenhills Shopping Center is open daily, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM.
